Tactical Support : Good to Great

Session cost £16/$21

Session Synopsis:

We hear the words strategic and business partner thrown around a lot but I want to talk to you about being tactical. The definition I like is this, "showing adroit planning; aiming at an end beyond the immediate action",  we need precision planning, confident and exact action and execution as well big picture thinking and a deep understanding of the mission at hand.

Our work landscapes have suddenly become much more complex and the stakes have never been higher. This session is designed to move you from support to MVP.  Find out the practical steps you can take to create massive value in your workplace and secure your place in it during these turbulent times.

We will explore:

- DNA of a Tactical EA
- The 2nd Brain Function
- How do you become your team's Most Valued Player?
- What skills do we need?
- How do we measure success?
- What can we do daily to ensure a more tactical performance?

- Q & A

This session will tell you the truth, give you practical next steps and highlight the skills of a valued executive assistant. It will help you get more focused about the potential value you can (and should) be adding and how to function as an auxiliary brain for your executive. How to take control, plan and execute. It's about results and efficiencies!
