  1. Be kind to yourself (manage your inner voice)
  2. Take back some control
  3. Win once in a while
  4. Pat yourself on the back, you are doing REALLY well!
  5. Let go of people who are hurting you or standing in your way
  6. Be a little selfish, do something JUST for you!
  7. Have a difficult discussion and get some stuff off your chest
  8. Stop judging yourself and your journey. No one else knows what they are doing either
  9. Stop making excuses (ESPECIALLY the ones we make to ourselves)
  10. !!Do the work!!
  11. Breathe, it is all going to be okay
  12. Get enough sleep!
